We are moving away from our previous 5 learning tracks. These redefined tracks showcase the interconnected impact of People, Processes, and Profitability, reflecting the forward-looking vision of the IMPACT! conferences while building on its rich history of safety, organizational learning, causal analysis, and resilience.

The Community has a discounted room block available at the hotel. Rates are guaranteed until the cutoff date of May 22, 2025, or until all the contracted rooms are booked.

Your path to learning starts on day ONE!
Travel to the Buckeye State over the weekend, or first thing Monday to get the greatest IMPACT! out of your conference experience. Once you checkin to the hotel be sure to swing by the conference registration table to meet the crew, grab your badge and snag your conference swag! Registration opens Sunday at 3pm.
Monday includes free workshops; half-day or full-day options available. Registration is open 6am to 5:30pm
Tuesday kicks off our 3-day conference experience. Enjoy breakfast with the rest of your fellow Community Members and let the learning begin, again. The days are structured with general session programming in the morning/early afternoon followed by a variety of options for breakout sessions.
You're invited to our Tuesday Evening Reception & CHOLearning Award Show! This fun filled evening is included for all ticket holders. Network, have fun, and celebrate the individuals shaping the future of organizational learning.
Wednesday and Thursday follow the same conference programming. The planning committee is currently developing additional opportunities for entertainment and community building.
Stay through Friday. Several speakers will offer additional workshops. These workshops are available for an extra fee. Check our ticketing site for pricing.
